SNOWPACK produces pro-files that have too many errors to read by sngui
SNOWPACK produces pro-files that have too many errors to be read by sngui. Thanks to Charles, it is clear were the problem is. Most pro-files produces errors when reading it in SNGUI. When it are too many, the pro-file is not displayed at all.
Doing the following sed to a profile reduces the number of errors significantly: sed -r 's/^([0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9]),0$/\1,1,0/'
So there are elements written as: 0602,0 that should read 0602,1,0.
A further reduction to 0 errors is achieved with the following sed statement: sed -r 's/^([0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9]),0,/\1,1,/'
So there are elements written as: 0602,0,0. that should read 0602,1,0.
When applying both sed statements, I have 0 errrors when reading the pro-file in sngui. I hope the sed statements help debugging the source code to resolve the problem.
