feat[#188323754]: changing the dif converter to handle geometry collection

The changes handle the EnviDat datasets that has points/location of type Geometry collection, in the 'Spatial' section. The unittests have been changed to utilize the converters-api now (it pointed to package-converters links before). One additional test has been added to check about the spatial structure within the converted dataset.
