Manually entering anything other than ${inifile} was preventing the
simulation from running (the ini file could not be found anymore), so
for now this possibility has been removed (commented out in the XML). At
some point, we could decide to re-implement this feature but we would
need to make sure it works fine (so the simulation really runs from the
right path and the inif ile would be transparently loaded into the
configuration panel. Adding a file selector would almost be mandatory as
well as the possibility to drag n drop files into this entry widget)

This is necesary for the packaging (it is much beter to have an
"inishell-apps" folder in /usr/share than an "applications" folder)

Now the user can chose to either use as working directory the one of the ini file or the current one. The first elements of an enhanced way to find applications even not in the PATH have been laid out, it will now be customized for each platforms.

The snowpack workflow does not provide a default start date anymore (there is no obvious choice) and the "now" date is rounded to the start of the day

Fix doubled elements because of faulty XML references parsing with nested include files _and_ references. A little bit of the new meteoio.xml and some file cleanup for it

simulation. This is work in progress of course, but there's already a lot of information for
the interested user, and it should be more than enough for people knowing
INIshell v1. A few minor tweaks along the way.

More (and more detailed) error messages in the workflow panel, log those errors to the main log also. Don't clear them with a timer, but rather on the next button click
