Exclude ';' from coordinates input (as this is a marker for comments, it can not appear in an ini file with another meaning)

Such plugins are now italicized so the user has a way to know they might
not work on his/her system.

The WSL_HACK of the ARGOS plugin is defined in the metafile, not in the
ini file!

The configuration for MeteoIO's Argos plugin has been added

This is necesary for the packaging (it is much beter to have an
"inishell-apps" folder in /usr/share than an "applications" folder)

The goal being to avoid writing out lots of keys that already have
defaults in their respective applications

Also fixed a wrongly defined boldface in the terminalview and an invalid
icon format in the .desktop file

Of course, this means that "performant=true" must be replaced by
"pre-generate=false" for the same behavior.

It is not perfect in the sense that the 2DInterpolation section must be created anyway, independently of the use of spatial resampling or not. The same applies to the Grids2D configuration frame. A message is shown to the user, explaining when these should be used...

'Alternative' panels. Better error messages.

Now for nodes where we know that the performance saving workaround
makes sense, we can explicitly set it in the attributes. By default,
all children are built. Result: E. g. GEO_HEAT will be filled correctly
even if it's not used because SNP_SOIL is FALSE (without having to state
that it should work in the XML).

Offer the CSV plugin's mechanism to handle individual specifications for individual stations (thus also reading such INI files correctly)

The XML files had inconsistent case for the section names, this has been fixed. A mis-indenting has been fixed in help_dev.xml

But still lots more to do!

Thanks to the includes, we are now much more granular. But more work is needed with better handling of defaults, more thoughts about colors and making sure all MeteoIO and Snowpack keys are represented.

Disable panels' context menus for grouping elements that could show up on a few pixels. Minor XML tweaks and (very) minor code optimization.

Log INI errors in command line mode to console instead of opening a message box, and some readability.

Add description of ZRXP plugin to MeteoIO XML. Add XML shortcut 'h' for 'help', minor styling. Iniqueryparser handles substitutions in keys now. Remove obsolete warning.

Don't auto-select items in editable dropdown, give key as tooltip if no help available, minor MeteoIO XML changes

Fix doubled elements because of faulty XML references parsing with nested include files _and_ references. A little bit of the new meteoio.xml and some file cleanup for it
