Such coordinate specifications would be marked as invalid. They are now properly
validated but obviously no URL can be build to show them on a map (since the
coordinate system is not part of the coordinates).

Added the new CSV_ONLY_LINES option and restructured this kind of options into a new "Data parsing restrictions" frame

The improvements to the date ranges in MeteoIO (in order to restrict the
processing to specific periods) have been enabled in Inishell through a change
to the validation regex (https://regex101.com/ is a great way to debug rexep!).

- BUFF_GRIDS: Yet to be documented in MeteoIO, but [General] needs better
documentation first (now the help only links to Config).
- WRITE_RESAMPLED_GRIDS

... with a note that this is a bit experimental. Needs to be reworked
and extended!

Although the dark theme does not work properly on Windows, preparing ourselves for the day it will...

On recent version of MacOS, the dark theme is very well supported is now the
default. Unfortunately, our Breeze icons were suited for a light theme. So now
the dark version of Breeze has been added and the getIcons() function checks
which version of the icons should be used.

Now MacOS uses the flat-bw icons instead of elementary (whose icons are not always that understandable)

Updated tinyexpr to the latest version and added a fix to be able to compile it with QtCreator on Visual C++ 2017

... in addition to XML highlighting

The tabs are now solarized and match the user guide (in some way). It is
now a normal list instead of within Inishell-frames.
