Error in function get_extramas solved: Takes array instead of dataframe. Also if the number of weak layers is larger than the number of extremas, assign additional weak layer to last layer.

Added directory to sythesize model SNOWPACK *.pro-files. Therefore 1: read profiles 2: Run RF model instability to detect weak layer 3: write out sythesized snow stratigraphy, e.g. liquid water content for different snow depths, weak and slab laber properties and stability parameter for different layers.
